WZC-1 Supportless One-Piece Shoe
The first public prototype generated through the Rio LAB shoe design system. The shoe body, texture and print files are packaged around TPU/FDM one-piece validation, including STL, 3MF, part files, scale chart and release imagery.
WZC-1 is the first public prototype from the Rio LAB shoe design system: concept screening, last fitting, structural generation and print-file packaging are all organised around a downloadable, verifiable and extensible 3D-printed shoe.
The shoe uses a laceless one-piece body, with wave structures on the side for both visual identity and local support. The open package includes the full STL, Bambu 3MF, separated STL parts, a print scale chart and release images so users can test-print or study the workflow directly.
It is not just a single shoe render; it is an entry point into Rio LAB's platform capability, showing how an AI design system can move from inspiration into physical manufacturing.
