Cancellation
Open the customer portal from the account subscription page to cancel renewal. Granted access remains available until the end of the paid period; contact support from the order email if the portal is unavailable.
Refund requests
Include the order email, order number and issue. Duplicate charges and material non-delivery are reviewed under applicable law and merchant records; receipt is acknowledged within five business days.
Founder
Founder support follows the relevant crowdfunding platform rules and is not a withdrawable balance.
