Purpose
Data is used to authenticate users, deliver services, measure usage, provide support, prevent abuse and improve the product.
Payment data and processors
Card and payment details are processed by the hosted merchant; RioLAB does not store full card numbers. Hosting, email, analytics and payment providers may process data necessary to deliver the service.
Retention
Account, order and entitlement records are retained only as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes, then deleted or de-identified.
Your rights
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. We verify the requester and respond under applicable law; statutory retention duties may prevent immediate deletion.
